If you are in need of service and have owned your unit for longer than 30 days

Do the lights on the front of the heater light up when the unit is turned on?
Can you hear the fan running inside the unit?
If you cannot hear the fan how long did the fan run before stopping?

Does the front panel lights come on when the unit is turned on?
Can you hear the fan running inside of the unit?
Has the fuse been replaced in the unit?
Try cleaning the filters and ozone plate in the unit. Does the unit still continue to not function? (explain in detail)
